Hotel & Restaurant Management

Do you think it is possible to receive culinary management training and be ready to work in 9 months? Well, with the Career Academy of New York’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program you can! You will learn hotel and motel management operations, along with front office, back office, and legal and security procedures. Instruction also includes housekeeping administration, food and beverage operations, and tourism. You will also understand industry-standard software systems.

You will work with computer simulation to replicate the operation of a full service hotel. In addition, you complete a 300-hour externship in a real hotel operation.
