With the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program offered in Boston, you will learn French culinary traditions mixed with modern American techniques. Along with professional cooking, you will develop other important skills, such as time management and organization; these skills are imperative to your success in the kitchen. The culinary courses you will take include baking and pastry, American regional cuisine, international cuisine, and garde manger.

Through your 12-months of on-campus training, you will practice your learned skills at the on-site restaurant. You then spend an additional three months completing an externship within one of the many culinary establishments found in Boston.
